About the Founder
Lauren Paige Woulard

Lauren Paige Woulard is a New Orleans–born communications executive, strategist, and cultural storyteller with over a decade of experience shaping narratives at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and media. Most recently, she served as Director of Communications at SHOWTIME / MTV Entertainment Studios, where she led press strategy across multiple Paramount brands including SHOWTIME, MTV, Comedy Central, CMT, and Paramount+.
During her tenure, Lauren oversaw high-profile campaigns and tentpole events such as the MTV Video Music Awards, CMT Music Awards, MTV Unplugged, and Behind the Music, and led publicity for Lena Waithe's The Chi, which achieved its most record-breaking season under her strategic guidance. Prior to Paramount, she held leadership roles at top entertainment PR agencies including The Chamber Group, One/35 Agency, and Allied Global Marketing, supporting award-winning projects such as Jon Batiste's Grammy-winning album of the year, as well as major film releases including Hidden Figures, Fences, and Suicide Squad.
Lauren's career spans film, television, music, fashion, and consumer brands, with experience across global studios and networks including Amazon Studios, Disney, Netflix, Warner Bros., OWN, NBCUniversal, FX, and FOX. She began her career in luxury fashion public relations with Cartier and Dolce & Gabbana and later led talent and media relations for Procter & Gamble's 'My Black Is Beautiful' initiative.
In addition to her corporate work, Lauren is a sought-after speaker and mentor, having presented at conferences such as Black Girls in Media, Digital Summit Series, Grind Pretty Fest, and HBCU Kings + Queens Conference. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Howard University and has been recognized as a Girl's Girl Trailblazer Award honoree during the 2026 Envision Me Conference, a 2024 Distinguished Communicator of Color by Diversity Action Alliance and a 2022 "Rising Tide" honoree on the Cablefax Most Powerful Women in Media list.
